What to expect
Bladder leaks are common and rarely discussed, and a great many people organize their lives around them rather than treating them. Emsella addresses the underlying pelvic floor weakness directly: one 28-minute session delivers thousands of supramaximal contractions, far beyond what voluntary exercises can achieve. A standard plan is six sessions over about three weeks. You stay clothed, you can read during the session, and you return to normal activity immediately. It is used for men and women alike. Some causes of incontinence need urological evaluation first, and if yours is one of them we will tell you at the consultation. Individual results vary.
