Wish I could give 10 stars! I can't say enough good about Chris. He knows his stuff and that's why Ive been coming here for 4 years now! I've had Neo, Emsculpt, Emface and the bladder strengthening device(can't remember the name of it). I do all of this for muacle strengthening because it works for me, but I come here vs. elsewhere because Chris is a great person, kind and always upbeat and honeslty, the pricing is THE FAIREST in town
I came here for EMface treatments and had a great experience. Chris is wonderful. He made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during each of my four sessions. My results are amazing!
I’ve been going there for a while but last time i came last week the assistant who helped me was very rude, unproffessional seems like she doesnt knw how to treat pt or customers with respect she has no name badge at all but has shes curly short hair,will never come back in that place no more from what i experienced last time and i told Monica about her co worker behavior she just gave me a smile!!! So sad ive been working in a hospital for so many yrs never showed up that kind of behavior towards pt and families hopefully staff knows that they are employee dirextly to a doctor office

Oh my gosh Chris was so kind, knowledgeable, and comforting and made me feel confident doing the red light LED loop therapy for the first time even though I knew nothing about it. He was accommodating and answered all my questions thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy with any financial packages or commitments as some aesthetic spa places can be. The treatment was a breeze and I’m so excited to see my future results!
I am so happy that I found Chris and San Diego Body Scultping. I run but ran too many races last year so while I recover from a foot injury, I want to regain and maintain the muscle tone in my upper legs. Chris explained to me the different EMS machines and procedures. I appreciate that he has a variety of equipment to customize the experience. We worked together to find the perfect treatment. Within the first two treatments, I saw and felt results. Toning, lifting and smoothing..more than running can do. I just finished my first series of visits. I will be signing up for more. On top of the results, Chris is great. His work space is comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it’s a great experience.

This uses tech that is integrated in some physical therapy sessions (EMS-TENS) and that is often integrated into intense athlete training like triathlon training, but the delivery of the tech by these machines at the spa is more potent at muscle building.
Although pricing here is comparable to other medical spas offering the HI-EMS body sculpting, the client care and ambiance here is what sets this location above the others.
Chris was accommodating, responsive, sweet & likeable. I appreciated his flexibility in showing me the spa and explaining the differences in the way the machines worked (Emsculpt NEO using patented EMS patterns along w fat-burning radiofrequency vs EMSlim - a Korean machine using similar HI-EMS tech but without RF for fat-burning). I appreciated that he noted that for my desired outcome, I don't necessarily need to go the higher cost of the Emsculpt NEO and that the lower priced EMSlim would work well since I'm already low in fat & fit.
Immediately after session, no soreness. Make sure to try to have as much contact w the paddles as you can (my arms are very small, 100-lb female, so I had to position myself to make sure to maximize contact).
It is one day post-session, no soreness. No noticeable change in strength while working out. This would be a great addition to body sculpting regime if you can afford it; can tell it makes a difference but definitely requires multiple sessions. I'd imagine to maintain, you'd need to return at regular intervals throughout the year.
Overall, I recommend coming here for you spa and body sculpting needs.
